how to book
New clients, connect via the form below. Then I'll provide access to The Pet Owner's Dashboard App, where you'll complete all the details needed for yourself and your fur family. Once your'e set on the app, you'll be able to request bookings, sign the client agreement, and check your invoices through the App..
Established clients can use the easy Pet Owner's Dashboard on-line booking system for booking and invoicing.
I receive all system emails and will respond promptly.
Once you ask for availability, your spot is only locked in and official once your request is made through the app, I accept, and payment is completed. Bookings are first come, first served - so don't paws too long and snag your spot early!
payment
First-time clients, 1/2 deposit is required to secure booking with the remainder invoiced and due at the time of your first visit.
Established clients are invoiced at the end of service and payment is due by next business day.
Etc. Time for unforeseen circumstances with your pet, home, emergency care, etc may incur additional fees.
- Emergency vet fees will be the full responsibility of the client.
- Holidays may incur an additional fee.
- I accept cash on the counter, Apple Pay, or Venmo.

Entry/keys/etc
Option for keys to be retained and safely stored for future/frequent/last-minute visits.
Other arrangements can be made to secure your property, just let me know.
Key pickup/return: $10
Please ensure all food, treats, medications, cleaning supplies, etc. are adequate and handy prior to leaving on your trip.
All visits require a current emergency contact, updated veterinary clinic/emergency clinic information, and your own contact information as well as a signed customer agreement at the time of booking.
